Painful Frozen Shoulder?

One thing we know is that frozen shoulder is extremely painful and hugely disabling. We also know that there are not many treatments which are hugely beneficial. So what are our options for the treatment of frozen shoulder?

Study supports the use of PRP in the Treatment of painful frozen shoulder. It found that PRP has positive effects on healing during frozen shoulder (shoulder capsulitis). This intervention decreases pain and increases upper limb function. Also, it can improve range of shoulder motion in various directions.
