No exercises important, it is even more regular and consistent. Although it may seem like a burden, once you are in a regular routine it is simple, therapeutic and enjoyable. Below are 4!ways to help you get into the routine of physical activity:
1) Make time. Skip unwanted TV shows. Get up half an hour earlier each day for a light morning workout. If you believe that you do not have significant time then try 10-minute walks, or half a workout in the morning and half in the evening. Downloading a few audiobooks, and then going for a walk is extremely useful.
2) Build activity into your daily routine. Take stairs. When commuting, get off the bus or train a stop or two ahead.
3) Find a workout buddy. Working out with a friend can be more enjoyable, plus you're less likely to cancel on the spur of the moment.
4) Buy home equipment necessary for exercising at home, join a gym, try a class in your community, or walk the shops or to school.
When motivation flags, remind yourself of your goals, plan small rewards and make a log. Achievements are hugely encouraging.
